E & M Documentation Slide-Rule
This updated & revised (to 2011 codes) 3 1/2" x 6 1/2" laminated sliderule covers the required documentation components of New and Established Office/Outpatient Visits, Emergency Room Visits, In-patient and Out-patient Consultations, Initial and Follow-Up Hospital visits, and Skilled Nursing Facility Visits. It fits in the pocket and helps simplify the documentation.
In February of 2012, we found a new manufacturer, and our costs have been reduced, so we have passed that along to our clients as well. The price is now $12.00 each plus shipping.
